GET List run step executions
GET /loom/v1/users/me/runs/{run}/stepExecutions

Returns each node execution of one run: the stored input snapshot, outputs, errors, Code attempts with diagnostics, model call bills and Loop rounds. Only the caller who owns both the run and the template version it ran can read it; Market runs are not readable. Files appear as "artifact:<id>"; storage locations and signed URLs are never returned.
